    Using satellite data and hydrology to help development programs understand their landscapes in sub-Saharan Africa. Saterra Labs gets the most out of satellite data and other available information in regions where data is limited.

    I followed courses on irrigation engineering and geo-hydrology.

    • Thesis: Soil physical characteristics, hydrological flow paths and the water balance: An assessment for a small agricultural catchment in Norway, as simulated by DRAINMOD (2017).
    • Internship: Crop health monitoring with remote sensing at Kagera Sugar, Tanzania.
    • Board year at Wageningen Warriors as VP men and various committees.

    I followed courses on programming, geodata management, goedata visualisation and remote sensing.

    • Thesis: Space for time - How do peatland vegetation patterns develop through time? (2018).
